Signature of a framework agreement for the development of local public-private partnerships.
Moussa Kouyaté, Chairperson of the CNP-PPP (National Steering Committee for Public-Private Partnerships), was honoured to sign a Framework Agreement with the Conseil Régional des Grands Ponts, represented by Esmel Emmanuel Essis, President of the Conseil Régional des Grands Ponts.
This initiative aims to lay down a framework for cooperation on PPP projects, which will undoubtedly contribute to improving people's living conditions.
